Book launch: Popular Representations of Development – in London on 13 January

ComDev staff member Tobias Denskus will be participating in the official book launch of Popular Representations of Development – Insights from Novels, Films, Television and Social Media on 13 January 2014. Tobias has written a chapter in the book together with Daniel E. Esser titled Blogs + Twitter = Change? Discursive Reproduction of Global Governance and the Limits of Social Media.

The launch will be at the Clement House, Room CLM502 at the London School of Economics, from 16 to 18.30. The editors David Lewis, Dennis Rodgers and Michael Woolcock as well as many of the contributors will briefly present their works, followed by a discussion and a wine reception.

TobiasDenskusJune07The presentations and discussion will be from 16 to 17.30, followed by the wine reception and selling of books between 17.30 and 18.30.
