This blog run by three students studying Communication for Development at Malmö University. This is part of an assignment part in the module New Media and ICT.
Why the megaphone as a logo? True, it has little to do with community media as such, but to us it symbolises the amplification of citizen’s voices, by and for the people. Just like a megaphone, community media can be passed around, allowing for the members of the community to articulate their concerns and express their culture.
