In this new section, the team will be sharing articles, documentaries, studies and others that have caught our attention and that we think will enrich our conversations.

INEE is an international network for education in emergencies and  presented yesterday, on the NLG Tech Task Force webinar New Research and Tools for Education in Emergencies, a brand new tool: The ICT Inventory for Education in Emergencies.

The website will be officially launched on Tuesday, so this is a sneak preview of the tool.

The ICT Inventory is a new interactive database of technology resources for delivering quality education in energies. The site is divided into two sections: Tools that can be used to deliver education and Projects where education technology is used in crisis contexts. Its main goal is to make it easier to find technological tools and projects, used in crisis contexts.

Users can search the database by keyword or with the help of the category filters, to encounter tools and projects. Registered users can upload comments and rate the existing projects. The website has content guidelines which can be found here.

ICT Inventory  is a product of the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE), and is managed by the INEE Technology and Education in Crises Task Team (TECTT).
